MINUTES
The Uvalde County Commissioners Court met in special session at 12 noon on Monday, December 17th, 2007 in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Uvalde County Courthouse, with the following members present:

of the Commissioners Court of Uvalde County
1. CONSIDER AND ACT UPON APPOINTING INDIVIDUALS TO SERVE AS A JURY OF VIEW TO CONSIDER THE VALIDITY OF THE COUNTY’S CLAIM OF THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC INTEREST IN EACH OF THE FOLLOWING ROADS: Cr 109; CR 312; CR 346; CR 348; CR 364; CR 372; CR 406; CR 407; CR 429:

· Second by Commissioner Sanchez
The Court unanimously (4-0) approved the selection of the following individuals to serve as jury of view to consider the validity of the County’s claim to said roads that are being protested.
