MINUTES

The Uvalde County Commissioners Court met in special session on December 2, 2004 at 12:00 noon in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Uvalde County Courthouse with the following members present:

William R. Mitchell, County Judge

Randy Scheide, Commissioner #1

Rodney Reagan, Commissioner #3

Jesse R. Moreno, Commissioner #4

Viola Garcia, Chief Deputy County Clerk

ABSENT: Mariano Pargas, Commissioner #2

John P. Dodson, County Attorney

Lucille C. Hutcherson, County Clerk and Ex-Officio Clerk

Of the Commissioners Court of Uvalde County

The following proceedings were had:

1. CONSIDER AND ACT UPON CANVASS OF NOVEMBER 29, 2004 RECOUNT OF DISTRICT ATTORNEY ELECTION:

· Upon motion of Commissioner Reagan

· Second by Commissioner Moreno

The Court unanimously approved the canvass report of the recount conducted on November 29, 2004 for the District Attorney’s position.

With no further business, the Honorable William R. Mitchell adjourned the special meeting of December 2, 2004.
