ACT UPON NOTICE TO PETITION TO CLOSE, ABANDON, VACATE, DISCONTINUE, CHANGE AND
SHORTEN THE WESTERLY PROTION OF COUNTY ROAD 360 IN UVALDE COUNTY:
Attorney William A. Kessler on behalf of Lou Waters of Utopia, Texas, presented the Court with a Notice of Petition to Close, Abandon, Vacate, Discontinue, Change, and Shorten the Westerly Portion of County Road 360 in Uvalde County, Texas, along with the Petition. The Court was informed

that the approximate 1.63 mile portion of CR 360 and adjoining property are currently owned by Mr. Waters. Mr. Kessler also stated that it is the intent of Mr. Waters to give the adjacent land owners a 20 foot non-exclusive easement in case of flooding.

ACT UPON DISTRICT CLERK’S REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL EMPLOYEE:
District Clerk Lydia Steele appeared before the Court requesting an additional staff person so her office can assist citizens with passport applications and continue with the regular duties of said office.
