MINUTES

The Uvalde County Commissioners Court met in special session on September 6, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Uvalde County Courthouse with the following members present:

PRESENT: William R. Mitchell, County Judge

Randy Scheide, Commissioner #1

Mariano Pargas, Commissioner #2

Jesse R. Moreno, Commissioner #4

Lucille C. Hutcherson, County Clerk and Ex-Officio Clerk

of the Commissioners Court of Uvalde County

ABSENT: Jerry W. Bates, Commissioner #3

John P. Dodson, County Attorney

Also present was County Auditor Alice Chapman.

1. CONDUCT SECOND OF TWO PUBLIC HEARINGS ON PROPOSED 2005-2006 UVALDE COUNTY TAX RATE:

There were no interested citizens in attendance during the second public hearing on the proposed 2005-2006 Uvalde County tax rate. No action was taken.

With no further business, the Honorable William R. Mitchell adjourned the meeting of September 6, 2005.
