The Uvalde County Commissioners Court met in special session at noon on September 1, 2005, in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Uvalde County Courthouse.

Also present were County Treasurer Joni Deorsam, and County Auditor Alice Chapman.

1. CONDUCT FIRST OF TWO PUBLIC HEARINGS ON PROPOSED 2005-2006 UVALDE COUNTY TAX RATE:

There were no interest citizens in attendance during this public hearing on the proposed 2005-2006 Uvalde County tax rate. The Court took no action on this item.

With no further business, the Honorable William R. Mitchell closed the public hearing.
