MINUTES

 

 

The Uvalde County Commissioners Court met in special session at 12 noon on May 21, 2007 in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Uvalde County Courthouse, with the following members present:

 

                                                William R. Mitchell, County Judge

                                                Randy Scheide, Commissioner #1

                                                Mariano Pargas, Jr., Commissioner #2

                                                Jerry W. Bates, Commissioner #3

                                                Jesse R. Moreno, Commissioner #4

 

                        ABSENT:       Lucille C. Hutcherson, County Clerk and Ex-Officio Clerk

of the Commissioners Court of Uvalde County

 

1.                  CONSIDER AND ACT UPON CANVASS OF CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION HELD MAY 12:

Maggie Del Toro, Election Official, presented the Court with the tabulated results of the Constitutional Amendment Election which was conducted on May 12, 2007.

·         Upon motion of Commissioner Bates

·         Second by Commissioner Pargas

As the canvassing authority, the Court unanimously (4-0) approved the results of the Constitutional Amendment Election, as presented.
